  • All guests must have a valid means of identification for check-in

  • ⌚ Check-out time: 12:00 pm

  • Late check-out: Late Check-out attract 50% charge a day rate until 6:00 pm and a100% of a day rate after 6:00pm. 
  • We accept guarantee by cash, electronic payment, POS and cheque (corporate cheque)

  • Requests for specific bed types would be accommodated based on the availability on arrival at the hotel.
  • No Pets Allowed
  • A full refund will be made for cancellations received 14 days before date of arrival. A 25% charge thereafter. Hence, once the reservation is confirmed, kindly notify us by phone or email for any cancellations or modification to the booking at least 14 days prior for free independent travelers and group bookings, in order to avoid a charge.

  • In the event of no-show, the room rate for the first day would be charged.
    Late check out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day and to be confirmed with the front office staff.
